here it is, word up #3 from
the one little word challenges!

swirling through my head...but at the

end of the day...this was my favorite....

STOP! that was this week's word

challenge....i used that word in this

layout about some advice to my baby

girl....don't STOP....keep exploring....

keep learning...keep listening...keep

loving...keep moving! :)

this was my 1st time creating a totally

clear layout!! the 1st pic is me holding

it up....has the wall as a light background.

the 2nd pic is it propped up on my desk...

that created a dark background. and the

3rd is a scan of it....which makes it appear

to have a solid white background.

loved playing with this, becuz

i painted on the back side of it...attached my

circles to the backside of it & then attached

everything else to the front! so FUN!!! :)

oh, and here are 3 things makin' me
happy today:
1. the color purple...still my fave color
after all these years!

2. baby girl waking up & searching
for me.

3. the possibility of going to the Eagles'
concert tonite!! of course, i'll be much
happier if i actually get in!!! :)

tuesday's child

so, here i am....sick again. ugh. daniela
is on the mend with her meds...although
it's a total nightmare getting her to take
them. if only someone could make a
liquid med that actually tasted good! what
a lifesaver that would be! :)

i'm sure i have bronchitis again, but i'm
gonna do the home remedy thing.....drink
plenty of water....rest....load up on vitamin
C.....etc. i'll let you know if it works!

my net surfing hasn't been very mobile
lately. by that i mean, i've been prowling
at the same sites day after day after day
lately. which, i must say, is totally okay,
becuz i'm really diggin' the spots i'm

i am totally in love with the artistic style
of Kristina Contes right now....i've stalked
her blog for a while...but lately it's become
an obsession. i can't get enough of her layouts.
i totally wanna be her when i grow up! ;)
